Usually, the temperature detection of the small vacuum drying oven is carried out according to the detection method of the ordinary temperature box, but in fact, this method is not correct. The small vacuum drying box cannot be used as an electric drying oven because the working chamber is not in a vacuum state, and the measurement is performed. The temperature is very different from the actual temperature in the working chamber. The temperature detection of the small vacuum drying oven is preferably carried out under vacuum.

When the temperature detection of the small vacuum drying oven is carried out, please pay attention to the following aspects:
a. When the temperature in the working chamber is close to the set temperature, the HEAT light will be dimly lit and dark, indicating that the heating enters the PID adjustment stage. The meter sometimes measures the temperature exceeding the set temperature, and sometimes the temperature below the set temperature is normal. When the measured temperature is close to or equal to the set temperature, the studio enters a constant temperature state after 1H-2H, and the article enters the drying stage.

b. When the required temperature is high, a secondary setting method such as the required operating temperature of 100 may be employed. This can reduce or even eliminate the temperature overshoot phenomenon, enter the thermostatic body as soon as possible, when the detection is completed, turn off the power supply, if the temperature is lowered, open the deflation valve to make the vacuum degree 0, and then open the box door for about 5 minutes to avoid burns.

c. If the humidity of the dry matter in the working chamber is large, the generated water vapor will affect the performance of the vacuum pump. It is recommended to insert a “drying/filter” between the drying box and the vacuum pump.

d. If the small vacuum drying box needs to add inert gas such as nitrogen in the process of drying the articles, it should be indicated in the contract, and an intake valve is added.
