The compressor is one of the core components of the high and low temperature shock box. It sucks low temperature and low pressure refrigerant gas (also called refrigerant) from the suction pipe, and after the motor is driven to drive the piston to compress it, the high temperature is discharged to the exhaust pipe. The high-pressure refrigerant liquid provides power to the refrigeration cycle to achieve a refrigeration cycle of compression→condensation→expansion→evaporation (endothermic). How to join if there is less refrigerant?

1. Prepare a scale, overweight the refrigerant cylinder and record the total net weight.

2. Place the cylinder on the scale, use a piece of x1 copper tube for one section, connect it to the cylinder with a special thread, and connect the other end to the multi-purpose channel of the high-low temperature thermal shock box compressor suction valve, and connect the multi-purpose channel. The nut is not tightened first. First open the cylinder, then turn it off again, then sort the air in the nozzle and then tighten the nut.

3. The refrigerant is filled in the form of wet steam, so it is necessary to open the cylinder valve to prevent the compressor from slamming. At the same time, the multi-purpose hole of the compressor suction valve is unscrewed, and the refrigerant is started to be filled. If the system is in a vacuum condition, the refrigerant in the cylinder will be automatically injected into the system. When the pressure in the system is balanced with the pressure in the cylinder, the refrigerant stops entering. At this time, if the refrigerant dose in the system has not been increased, the cylinder valve, the accumulator outlet valve, the manual expansion valve and the suction valve of the compressor can be closed, the cooling water pump of the condenser is started, and then the high and low temperature thermal shock box is started. compressor. In order to prevent the liquid impact cylinder, the suction valve should be slowly opened, and the refrigerant in the system should be pumped into the liquid storage device. The low pressure part of the system is vacuumed again, and then the cylinder valve is opened to allow the refrigerant to be automatically poured into the system again.

4. Repeat this until the amount of refrigerant required for the system is added. It is also possible to open the reservoir outlet valve and the small open expansion valve after the system is again vacuumed, let the system operate normally, then open the cylinder valve and gradually close the suction valve (ie open the multi-purpose channel) to allow the refrigerant in the cylinder Depending on the difference between the pressure inside the bottle and the suction pressure, it should flow into the system (note that no liquid impact can occur). When the filling meets the requirements, the cylinder valve is closed, and then the residual refrigerant in the nozzle is sucked into the system as much as possible. Finally, the multi-purpose tunnel is closed, and the high-low temperature thermal shock box compressor operation is stopped, and the charging of the refrigerant is basically completed.
