1. The position of the pre-embedded parts, nails or expansion bolts of the air duct and component supports and hangers of the constant temperature aging room shall be correct, firm and reliable, and the buried part shall be removed from oil and shall not be painted.

2. If there is no design requirement for the metal duct support and hanger spacing, the corresponding anchor, hanger spacing and cross bracing specifications shall be met for the non-insulated air duct.

3. For insulated metal ducts, the temperature of the air ducts will be different due to the different insulation materials used. When installing the ducts above the horizontal level, the spacing between the supports and hangers should be as designed. If there is no design requirement, the cyclone test is recommended to be installed horizontally, and the large spacing of the hangers can be according to the specified standards.

4. Appropriately increase the branch (hanging) at the elbow and tee.

5. Supports and hangers cannot be placed in the seals, dampers, inspection doors and measuring holes, etc., affecting the use and viewing distance. The distance from the tuyere or the socket should not be less than 200mm.

6. When the length of the main and dry air ducts suspended horizontally exceeds 20m, fixed points for preventing swing shall be provided, and each system shall not be less than one.

7. The connection of the air duct of the constant temperature aging room should be straight and not twisted. When the surface of the surface mounted duct is installed horizontally, the allowable deviation of the level is 3/1000, and the total deviation should not exceed 20 mm. When the surface mounted duct is installed vertically, the allowable deviation of the verticality is 2/1000, and the total deviation should not be greater than 20 mm. The position of the surface mounted duct should be correct and there is no obvious deviation.

8. When the air duct is connected with the air duct, the fastener nut or screw of the same pipe section should be on the same side, and the galvanized gasket should be placed.

9. Multi-leaf valve, butterfly valve, flapper valve and other adjustment devices should be installed in the position for easy adjustment.
10. Constant temperature aging room hangers and brackets should not be in direct contact with the air duct. The middle should be padded with strong heat insulation material and the same thickness as the insulation layer to prevent cold bridges.

11. When the duct is worn out of the roof, try to fix and install a rain cover.
